Meet the Owners

Ricky Bullard - Co-owner and Instructor

Ricky Bullard is the owner and head instructor at Just Dance Studio. He began his dancing days at Amy's Academy of Dance Art's in Chadbourn, NC for several years. After leaving Amy's he decided to follow his dream by assistant teaching and dancing at Dance Infiniti in Blandeboro, NC for 2 years! In 2010 Ricky opened Just Dance Studio in Pembroke, NC with only 20 dancers! Today Just Dance Studio has over 150 dancers enrolled! Has won many Regional and National Dance Championships. His most proud moment was when he won the "Top Teacher Award" in 2014 at Star Systems Dance Competition in Supply, NC. Ricky has helped with pageants including The Lumbee Pageants, Miss North Carolina Pageant,  and The Strawberry Pageant. He has also helped many of his students with local school talent shows bringing home the winning trophies! In 2016 Ricky traveled with his competition team to Disney World where they Performed their own Show as entertainment! Since then they have traveled and performed on Carnival Cruise Line (2017), went and auditioned for America's Got Talent and Disney World (2018). Ricky's goal is to make sure that everyone knows that Just Dance Studio is a fun and amazing place where kids in the community and county can come and feel comfortable in their skin. No matter their skin color, gender or size! Now come and join us for an amazing journey! 

Keno Lowery - Co-owner and Instructor

Keno Lowery is a 31 year old dance instructor at JDS who is trained in all dance styles, but focuses on contemporary/ jazz. He is an UNCP Alumnus majored in Nursing with a minor in Sociology and American Indian Studies. He takes great pride in allowing dancers to have fun and train to become not only amazing dancers but to gain confidence to use for a lifetime. He enjoys going to competition and watching his choreography and visions become reality. He also enjoys going to master classes and conventions.
